On September 28, AXOR Industry Deputy Marketing Director Olena Kreknina took part in the ProfVentFasad professional meeting organized by ProfBuild magazine. Representatives of the "Reconstruction Agency of Ukraine", construction companies, architects, scientists and other specialists came together to exchange experience and discuss urgent problems of the construction industry.

Mrs. Olena Kreknina together with CEO of the "Reconstruction Agency of Ukraine" Artem Honcharenko took part directly in the panel discussion on the topic "Crisis of the construction market: personnel shortage". The full-scale war is still going on, but it is already necessary to take care of the issues of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, as they are time-consuming and require a lot of time to work out. Most experts agree that the leading role in the reconstruction of the country should belong to Ukrainian companies. This will create additional jobs and become a powerful impetus for the development of the national economy. However, the personnel shortage is already felt in all spheres, and the construction industry is especially acute. That is why the panelists discussed ways to overcome this problem, methods of attracting young professionals to the construction industry, and ways to motivate them.

The reconstruction of Ukraine will be a difficult and long-term process, but we are sure that together we will cope with all the challenges!
