Representatives of companies that are members of the European Business Association (EBA) visited our plant. We already cooperate with many of them, both in the supply of components and in charitable and social projects. In addition, we had the opportunity to meet new partners with whom we plan to develop future cooperation. After all, EBA is about association for further business development at the national and regional levels.

The guests were delighted with our production, which is constantly developing and demonstrates modern approaches to work, the coordinated work of the team and their competence. An interesting and meaningful tour of the plant was conducted for the guests by the head of the sales department in Ukraine, Edem Khaurmadzhi, and the deputy marketing director, Olena Kreknina, also joined the further discussion.

We talked about important issues for every business: how to train personnel, where to look for them, how to prepare the company and employees for the return of veterans to the workplace. It was also discussed that participation in business events and conferences gives B2B companies new opportunities for development.

Despite the difficult conditions, AXOR continues to invest in development, produce new products and provide jobs, as well as actively participate in volunteer projects. Collaboration and networking are key to the growth of our business community.
